San Diego Chargers' cornerback Antonio Cromartie is cleared of misdeameanor assault charges.Cromartie had been under investigation for assault with a deadly weapon when a bar patron claimed that he was hit in the head with champagne bottle after the team came back home from their victory at Denver.
San Diego police said that there is not enough evidence of the claim that Cromartie threw the bottle at the bar patron.
